Sounds like lots of fun. I'm a big Kerouac as well as Miller fan. We stopped by the museum years ago when Emil White lived there. Actually it seemed like it was his just his little home and he called it a museum and people brought wine and food to him. Nice gig. But it was fun to talk with him a bit and meet someone that did know Miller.
I'm ordering the deluxe box of the film, cd and book of One Fast Move. I live in Washington (state) so it is too far away for me.

That's what it was - it was only recently renovated to add more outdoor deck space and a small inside performance area while mostly still just selling books and displaying a bunch of Henry Miller stuff. The library does raise funds to oversee the Miller archives, which is where some of the money from this event will go.

So you know the spot - great place to have live music out under the redwoods. They are planning to film Jay and Bens' musical performance (if the "stars" align).
